Book a discovery workshop

Four hours of your team's time, a written gap map within five days, and the document is yours whatever you decide next. Scope is quoted in writing after the session — see our service portfolio for what we build.

Tell us the painful one

The report your team dreads, or the thing you keep finding out too late. Two or three sentences is plenty — we will ask the rest on the call.

Or email via Gmail · WhatsApp

We reply within one working day. We do not add anyone to a mailing list, and we do not follow up more than twice. What we do with your details is set out in the privacy policy.

What the workshop covers

  • Four hours of your team's time, in one half-day session
  • A written gap map within five working days
  • Written scope if we recommend building anything

Bring these to the session

  • The person who actually does the work — not only their manager
  • Last month's real files, not a cleaned-up sample
  • Whatever the output is today: the deck, the workbook, the email
  • A rough sense of who reads it and what they decide with it

What actually happens next

Within 1 day

A reply from a person

Two or three questions to check this is the kind of problem we are useful for. If it is not, we say so here and suggest where to look instead.

Within 1 week

A 30-minute call

No slides. We are working out who needs to be in the discovery session and which files to have open.

The session

Half a day, four hours

On site or remote. One workflow walked step by step, the hours counted, the sources inspected, the standard agreed.

Five days later

The gap map

Written, yours, and shareable with anyone including other vendors. With a fixed quote if we recommend building — and a clear "do not build this" if we do not.

Roughly one workshop in three ends with us telling the client that an off-the-shelf tool already solves their problem. That is a good outcome, and you still keep the document.
